Hosted by Rory McNally from Bibendum Wines, the evening begins with a sparkling arrival drink, followed by a specially curated menu featuring sharing boards, grilled plums with burrata, charred beef fillet with chilli tiger prawn, and classic tiramisu, all perfectly matched with exceptional wines.
