What time can I check in and check out?


For guests staying in a Resort Guestroom, Suite, Family Suite, Junior Suite or Junior Family Room, check in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. For guests staying in a Luxury Suite, The Gate Lodge, Roe Valley Cottage or Roe Valley Lodge, check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 12pm.

What is the cancellation policy?


For most bookings, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge, typically the cost of the first night's stay. Pre-paid rates are non-refundable. If you book a room at a pre-paid rate, you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking, and this charge is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?


Our rooms do not feature air conditioning. However, each room is designed to ensure comfort throughout the year with ample ventilation and heating to accommodate all seasons.

Is Wi-Fi available in the bedrooms?


Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all bedrooms and throughout the hotel premises.

Can I request a room with a view?


Depending on availability, you can request rooms with views of our beautiful golf course or the scenic parkland that surrounds the resort. Please mention your preference when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What amenities are included in the rooms?


All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, and an ensuite bathroom. Our suites also feature amenities including a spacious living area and premium toiletries.

Are the bedrooms accessible for guests with disabilities?


Yes, we have several accessible rooms designed for ease of use by guests with disabilities. These rooms feature wider doorways, grab rails, and other necessary modifications. Please let us know if you require one of these rooms when making a reservation.

Is room service available?


Yes, room service is available to guests from Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 9pm. Please note a £10pp tray charge will apply. To order, please dial '4444'. 

What is the policy for pets in the rooms?


We have a Resort Guestroom available to welcome your dog. Our 3 Residences are also dog-friendly. Please note, we also welcome dogs into the lobby area and O'Cahans Bar.

Stay | Do you accommodate families with children in the bedrooms?


Yes, we have a range of rooms specifically made for families visiting with children, including our Family Suites and Junior Family Rooms, or opt for one of our Residences. We also have lots of entertainment and activities for children!

Can I request an extra bed or a baby cot in my room?


Yes, we can provide baby cots upon request, subject to availability. Get in touch to arrange this before your arrival.
