Our Soft Play is suitable for children aged 0-8 years old. There are dedicated play zones designed for different age groups to help everyone enjoy their visit safely.
Yes. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the children in their care throughout their visit.
Each session lasts 90 minutes.
We're open daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
We recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your preferred session, especially during weekends and school holidays. Book here

Adults accompanying children do not require a play ticket.
Children must wear socks at all times. Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment. We also recommend comfortable clothing that covers arms and legs where possible. For safety reasons, jewellery, watches and any sharp objects should be removed before entering the play area. Pockets should also be emptied of loose items.
No. Food, drinks, chewing gum and glass items are not permitted within the play equipment.
Yes. Baby non-crawlers can visit free of charge, and younger children have their own dedicated play area suitable for their age.

Yes. The play area is checked daily and regularly maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's operating procedures. Frames, slides, nets, soft play features and safety equipment are inspected routinely before opening.
Parents can relax in comfortable seating areas overlooking the play zones, with refreshments available nearby while children enjoy their session.
You're welcome to join your booked session, but for fairness to all guests your session will still finish at the scheduled end time.
