Complimentary parking is available and located in the main resort car park.
Yes, access to the water slides is included with pool admission, hotel stays, memberships and eligible day passes.
Yes. We have a Family Day Pass priced from £35 which includes access to our family pool with water slides (2 hour session), kids arcade and playpark - read more here.
Additional activities including the Helter Skelter, Bungee Trampolines, Mini 4x4 Driving Experience, and Bouncy Castle have an additional charge. Wristbands for these activities can be purchased at main reception.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the pool, water slides and leisure facilities.
We don't sell swimwear, we recommend bringing your own. If you need suggestions on where to purchase some nearby, we’d be happy to help!
Access is available to all from the age of 16 when accompanied by an adult (18+).
Please note, we do not currently offer adult only pool times.
Yes, qualified lifeguards are on duty during water slide opening hours.
Children must be 70kg or under and aged 4 - 8 years old.
Yes, restrictions apply for safety reasons and are clearly displayed in our pool hall. All guests must follow lifeguard instructions. Children must be a minimum of 120cm to use slides. U16s must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area at all times.
Appropriate swimwear is required. Changing facilities and lockers are available to use.
