Complimentary parking is available and located in the main resort car park.
Yes, access to the water slides is included with pool admission, hotel stays, memberships and eligible day passes.
Yes. We offer two Family Day Passes, so you can choose the experience that's right for you.
Family Pool Pass – From £35
Includes a 2-hour session in our family pool with water slides and access to our outdoor play park.
Family Day Pass – From £85
Includes a 2-hour family pool session with water slides, play park, Kids Activity Zone wristband for children, soft play session, a main course and soft drink for adults in Fratelli, and a pizza-making experience for children.

Please note that if you're visiting on a Family Pool Pass, activities in the Kids Activity Zone (including the Helter Skelter, Bungee Trampolines, Mini 4x4 Driving Experience and Bouncy Castle) are not included. These can be purchased separately at main or leisure reception.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the pool, water slides and leisure facilities.
We don't sell swimwear, we recommend bringing your own. If you need suggestions on where to purchase some nearby, we’d be happy to help!
Access is available to all from the age of 16 when accompanied by an adult (18+).
Please note, we do not currently offer adult only pool times.
Yes, qualified lifeguards are on duty during water slide opening hours.
Children must be 70kg or under and aged 4 - 8 years old.
Yes, restrictions apply for safety reasons and are clearly displayed in our pool hall. All guests must follow lifeguard instructions. Children must be a minimum of 120cm to use slides. U16s must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area at all times.
Appropriate swimwear is required. Changing facilities and lockers are available to use.
