Where do the activities take place?
Kids activites are based in the outdoor kids activity zone, adjacent to the car park. Here you will find the helter skelter, bungee trampolines, a mega outdoor bouncy castle, bumper cars and the mini 4x4 driving experience. The arcade and play park is located in the hotel, behind reception.
Where is the play park located?
The play park is located outdoors, in the courtyard behind reception. It is open Monday - Sunday from 8am- 8pm.
How do I pay for the activities?
Purchase a wristband for our Kid's Activity Zone either online as an extra when you book to stay or at our hotel or leisure reception. It is £20 for a wristband and this includes unlimited access to mini 4x4 driving experience, bumper cars, bouncy castle, helter skelter and bungee trampolines during a selected 2 hour long session.

The adventure play park, arcade and family pool is open daily from 8am - 8pm. The outdoor kids activity zone is weather dependent, subject to availability see wristband session times below;

Do you offer a family day pass?
Yes. We offer two Family Day Passes, so you can choose the experience that's right for you.
Family Pool Pass – From £35
Includes a 2-hour session in our family pool with water slides and access to our outdoor play park.
Family Day Pass – From £85
Includes a 2-hour family pool session with water slides, play park, kids activity zone wristband for children, soft play session, family lunch including main course and soft drink per person.

Please note that if you're visiting on a Family Pool Pass, activities in the Kids Activity Zone (including the Helter Skelter, Bungee Trampolines, Mini 4x4 Driving Experience and Bouncy Castle) are not included. These can be purchased separately at main or leisure reception.
Do kids have to be accompanied to the activities?
Yes, all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
What happens when it is raining?
As the Kids Activity Zone (Helter Skelter, Bouncy Castle, Bumper Cars, Bungee Trampolines & Driving Experience) is outdoors, opening hours are weather dependent. Kids are more than welcome to enjoy the inflatable jet ski experience in our family pool, indoor arcade and pizza making in Fratelli!
Can I book activities if I am not staying at the hotel?
Yes! You do not have to be a hotel resident or dining guest to avail of our kids facilities. Wristbands can be purchased upon arrival at hotel or leisure reception. We also offer a day pass to use our leisure facilities and playpark, read more here.

What are the height / age restrictions for the 4x4 driving experience?
Children must be 97cms - 150cms in height and aged 3 -10 years old, no adults permitted. Two small children can use the same 4x4 together at staff discretion.
What are the height / age restrictions for the Helter Skelter?
No age restriction, however children must be a minimum of 125cm
What are the height / age restrictions for the bouncy castle?
No age restriction, however children must be 140cm or under
What are the height / age restrictions for the bungee trampolines?
Children must be a maximum weight of 90kg and 3+ years old.
What are the height / age restrictions for the Bumper Cars?
No age restriction, however children must be 110cms or above in height
