How soon before my treatment should I arrive?


Please arrive 20 minutes before your treatment to allow time to get changed, fill out your consultation form, and unwind beforehand.

I need to cancel my treatment. What do I do?


We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your treatment, please provide 48 hours' notice by phoning us. Cancellations on the day or no-show clients will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

How old do I have to be to visit the spa or have a treatment?


Access to the spa thermal area is available from age 16 when accompanied by an adult (18+). Treatments are exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.

Can I use my phone at the spa?


So that you can fully enjoy the tranquillity of the spa, and as a courtesy to other guests, we kindly request that mobile phones be switched off or silenced when using the spa facilities or having a treatment.

What happens if I arrive late for my treatment?


If you arrive late for your treatment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other guests', if no time available and we cannot move to another available time, full payment will be taken.

What should I do if I have any medical conditions?


We ask you to complete a medical questionnaire before arrival, our therapists will carry out a consultation before beginning any treatments targeted at specific conditions to ensure your wellbeing. If you are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, skin disorders, diabetes, epilepsy, cancer, please inform us as we may have to make some adaptions to your treatment to ensure we are looking after you in the best possible way. General Anaesthetic within 3 months of your treatment will unfortunately mean we cannot complete a treatment.

Should I shave before a men's facial treatment?


We recommended that men shave a few hours before a facial, ideally the night before. This allows the skin time to settle and helps the products penetrate the skin more effectively. Shaving immediately before a facial can cause sensitivity or irritation.

Where shall I leave my valuables?


We recommend leaving valuables in a safe place during your time at the spa. The nature of treatments means your belongings may be left unattended and we cannot accept responsibility for losses from lockers.

Do I have to pay a deposit for a spa booking?


A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card on completion of booking. Reservations may be cancelled or amended by 12 noon 5 days prior to arrival without charge. Any cancellations or amendments made after this time are subject to 100% fixed cancellation charge paid as compensation for loss suffered. This will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.

Is parking available for spa guests?


Complimentary parking is available and located in the main resort car park.

Can I buy swimwear at The Spa?


We don't sell swimwear at The Spa, we recommend bringing your own. If you need suggestions on where to purchase some nearby, we’d be happy to help!

Are there adult only pool times?


Please note, we do not currently offer adult only pool times.
